"F&B Commis Job Requirements:
- Checks product expiry dates, frozen food, dry items and informs Chef de Partie.
- Implements day-to-day activities in the assigned section for the preparation of food items to outlets and functions.
- Cleans the Kitchen equipment and maintains good hygiene standards.
- To ensure that the Kitchen is adhering to best practices in line with HSEQ standards.
- To support the kitchen team in preparing for events to avoid any delays or complaints.
- Other job accountabilities, when required, are completed in a professional manner as per job objectives.
